Important Update to ftpGrid Free Tier Limits

To ensure the best possible performance and security for all ftpGrid users, we are making an update to our Free tier.

Over the past months we have seen a significant increase in automated traffic, misuse and unusually heavy bandwidth consumption from free accounts. To keep the service fast, stable and secure for everyone, we are adjusting the limits on the Free plan.

Starting today, the Free plan will include

• 100 MB storage

• 1 GB monthly download bandwidth

• 1 user

These limits ensure that the Free tier remains ideal for testing and evaluation, while production use continues to require a paid plan.

Your account will continue to work — and you can upgrade at any time if you need higher limits or continuous use.
